8. Heavy Item Delivery Policy

8.1 Scope
8.1.1 This Policy applies to all Orders placed with Mauritian Groceries   that include Alcohol and/or heavy Food and Drink Items.

8.2 Weight Restrictions and Surcharges
8.2.1 Orders with a total weight exceeding  ten kilograms (10kg) , including Alcohol and/or Food and Drink Items, shall be subject to a Surcharge.
8.2.2 Free Delivery and Promotional Offers apply only to Orders with a total weight of  10kg or less .
8.2.3 Alcohol purchases with a combined weight not exceeding 10kg shall be included in applicable Offers. Alcohol purchases exceeding 10kg shall incur a Surcharge, for which the Customer shall be notified and payment must be received prior to dispatch.
